The Band

If Dr Seuss started a rock band- this would be it!

We live in a galaxy far, far away, beyond the Moon and Mars, on our tiny planet bUZZ 313. All day long we play music and celebrate life in the Great Space Circus in the sky. One day, we spied planet Earth spinning around the orange sun. Ah Ha! Another planet needs to hear our music and join the fun. Using our bUZZniaphone, we found Jamie then Razz, Phil & Tao, Drew & Carl. We told them "Start a band and play our songs, dance and leap and sing along, story telling, fun and flighty but most of all... BE MIGHTY!"

So The Mighty bUZZniks got together and began to perform live in April 2007.

The members of the band are all experienced performers in their own right who have played in many live (big people) bands, written music for children's television and worked with kids in schools and in music workshops around the world. They combine this wealth of experience to offer a rich musical concept to younger audiences with content that is relevant to their life experience.  The Mighty bUZZniks have a fully Rock! show that is great for families. The music is targeted at 4 to 10 year olds and creates an alternative, bridging the gap between early childhood entertainment and the Video Hits Pop of the teen world.

The big emphasis is on live music, vivid performance, creating wonder, dancing with the imagination and just having a totally silly, Rock and Roll party where FUN is the key.

Its a chance to dance and sing.
Its a chance to do your own thing.
Its a chance to be real loud.
Children of the World, it is your World now!
